• - get an onion or shallott and chop and slice it up
  • - hot ass pan
  • - add salt to the pan
  • - render chicken fat in the pan
  • - adjust the heat, don't burn down the fucking house, you bozo.
  • - after the chicken fat renders, add some oil if you need it
  • - add the onions to the pan, chill out on the heat and let them brown and soften
  • - rinse your rice until the WATERS RUN CLEAR
  • - add some ginger and garlic and cook for a few minutes
  • - toss that rice in that pan for a few minutes. you want to coat the grains of rice in fat
  • - Cook the rice in chicken stock or water with boullion paste
  • eat it up.
