200g Almond Flour 30g apf or bread flour 200g sugar 100g EVOO 5 eggs. orange zest vanilla extract.

eggs + sugar -> whisk the snot out of it. add vanilla and zest.

add the flours. continue to whisk it up.

oil a 9” round, oil it up and parchment paper the bottom.

cook at 320F for 40-50m until a knife runs clean.

frost or not, that’s up to you, idaf.
